
Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General
This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the refund and cancellation terms for digital subscription services purchased through the LexVira platform operated by AxelVira Teknoloji A.Ş. (the "Company"). By purchasing a service, you accept these terms.
2. Right of Withdrawal and Exception
Pursuant to Article 15(1)(h) of Turkish Distance Sales Regulation (under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection), "contracts for services performed instantaneously in electronic form or for intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantaneously" are excluded from the right of withdrawal. LexVira services are digital services delivered instantaneously upon user activation. Therefore, once the subscription is activated and the service is opened for use, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. By accepting the Preliminary Information Form prior to purchase, the consumer expressly acknowledges and consents to this exception.
3. Trial Period
Certain plans include a 7-day free trial. No charges are made during the trial (card information is collected for verification purposes only). At the end of the trial — if the subscription is not canceled — the chosen plan fee is automatically charged. The subscription can be canceled during the trial; in that case, no charges apply.
4. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time via account settings: - Monthly: Service continues until the end of the current billing period; no charge is made for the next period. - Yearly: Service continues until the end of the current annual period; no refund is issued for unused time (per Section 2's exception). Cancellation is reflected in the account instantly, and the user receives an email confirming when the subscription will close.
5. Service Errors and Exceptions
At the Company's discretion, partial or full refunds may be issued in the following cases: a) Service outages exceeding 72 hours caused by the Company b) Inability to provide plan features due to a technical issue not resolved in a reasonable timeframe c) Incorrect or duplicate charges d) Refunds ordered by competent legal authorities Such requests should be sent to info@lexvira.com and will be reviewed within 14 business days.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed: - Via the original payment method (card, bank transfer) - Through iyzico, Paratika, or Stripe within 5–14 business days - Reflection time on the cardholder's bank account depends on bank policy The refunded amount equals the initially charged amount; no pro-rata adjustment is applied for the used period (per the right of withdrawal exception).
7. Plan Changes
When a user upgrades to a higher plan, the difference is charged immediately and new features become active right away. For downgrades, current plan features remain available until the end of the current period; the new plan starts at the next renewal. No refund is issued for unused time.
